THE PROCESS MEAT IS CARCINOGENIC AND "PROBABLY" THE RED MEAT.
The "Agencia Internacional de Investigación sobre el Cáncer(IARC)" has done a study about the cancer in the process meat in ten countries. The people who have done the study, said that if you eat 50g of process meat per day, you have cancer an eighteen percent of probability more of have than a person who doesn't eat those type of meat, it is a very important date for the health of all the world.
This study is being done in a lot of countries with different type of meat, people,etc and they have come to this conclusion and it support to the current recomendations for health that we have. Although the red meat have a great nutricional value, it has some components that can be cancerigenous.
The IARC tell that those red meat are the ones of: beef, pork, lamb, goat or horse. They said that they weren't cancerigenous without some process like the fermentation or the smoked. Some of this meats are of pork or beef, but there are others that are red meat mixed with birds to form sausages or all type of cold meat. I think that this dates are very interesting for our health, but we can't stop eating the meat due to we wouldn't have all the vitamins that we need.
Finally I think that we have to eat less red meat or cold meat and eating more things but we can't stop eating it due to we wouldn't have a equilibrate diet with all the vitamins that is necessary for growing good.
